This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type and operating system (server logs). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your inquiry) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.
